Are you ready to;

  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Seek out for key contacts
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
  • Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
  • Foster and develop relationships with clients
  • Understand the needs of your clients
  • Respond to clients effectively with a plan
  • Identify and use new ways for reaching out and retaining exiting clients
  • Train members of your team, and keep them abreast of current business strategy
  • Craft promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Work closely with Tech, Sales, and Marketing Department
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events and connect with more  prospects
  • Build knowledge and acumen for block-chain technology
  • Keep abreast of new developments in IT

An ideal candidate should have;

  • A bachelors’ degree
  • A strong LinkedIn presence
  • Strong knowledge of block-chains and software developments
  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Development preferably in IT sector
  • Organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Continuously seek for improvement and learning
  • Be ready to work in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous English writing skills, including editing work and creative writing - Knowledge of English at C1+ (proficiency)
