With a focus on time management and effective lesson planning, the School Teacher must ensure that educational goals are met while addressing individual student needs and learning styles.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters respect among students.
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and address any concerns promptly.
Manage classroom behavior effectively using established behavioral management techniques to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and execute school-wide events, initiatives, and curriculum improvements.
Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons to enhance student engagement and learning.
Monitor student attendance and engagement, providing feedback and support as necessary to ensure academic success.
Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices and stay updated on educational trends.
Prepare instructional materials and resources that facilitate effective learning and are easily accessible to all students.
