We are USA based outbound logistics call center in Johar Town, Lahore, looking for calling / sales agents for their USA based campaign.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information, gather feedback, and handle inquiries.
• Bring in new customers and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
• Follow company guidelines for call scripts, etiquette, and customer service.
Skills Required:
• Spoken English with fluency and a neutral accent is a must.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using computer software and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Should be result result-oriented and self-driven individual.
Details:
• Fresher / experienced both are encouraged to apply.
• Job timings are 7:00 pm to 3:00 am (Mon-Fri).
• Market competitive salary (Basic + uncapped commission in USD on each sale).
