The role supports our Australian head office accounts team and the duties could be diverse in supporting the business needs at any time.  Therefore previous industry experience or training in bookkeeping and accounts work will put you in good stead to further your learning in this area. 

You will be keen to learn and grow your skills and be flexible to help out team members where required. 

Some Tasks May Include:

  • Processing invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Responding to emails and messages
  • Data entry
  • Reporting
  • Filing
  • Processing Monthly Payroll
  • Lodging of Challan to FBR
  • Liaising with External Auditor
  • Any Other Tasks as the Business requires

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Bachelor Degree qualified
  • Confident and clear communication style with the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and work as an effective team member
  • Some bookkeeping or accounts/administration training or industry experience is ideal
  • Demonstrated abilities in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • You will want to seek out opportunities to learn about the business
  • Most important is your drive and willingness to develop and grow with the business and be an active and always present member of our team.

This is an office-based role, and secure parking is available at the office.

  • Salary: PKR 55-65K pending experience
