You will be the frontline contact for our customers, helping to drive sales and ensure a positive user experience. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
Provide accurate information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and relevant departments as necessary.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualifications:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Strong English Communication (both verbal and written).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
