We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across all major platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in social media marketing together with a deep understanding of how to effectively use social media platforms to connect with and engage customers.

As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, traffic, and particularly conversions across all social media platforms. In short, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms, along with leading the company’s internal social media Team.

Job Responsibilities

This includes:

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
Determine the target audience by choosing the most effective social media platforms, creating content, and defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success
Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of high-quality, engaging content across all social media channels.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and campaign optimization for engagement and conversions.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that the business's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with publishing schedules and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts, such as email, content, and paid marketing.
Mange social media customer service efforts and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in social media marketing in a managerial role.
Strong understanding and experience of social media advertising.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
Proficiency in social media management tools, such as, Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc.
Proficiency in analytics platforms, such as, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc.
Demonstrate ability to mentor
