The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and filing paperwork.
The ideal candidate will play an integral role in the organization’s growth by understanding the needs of hiring managers and sourcing the best talent to fill open positions.
