Introduction:

Join our team as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director of our dynamic medical billing business. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and communicative individual to enhance our executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient management of schedules, meetings, and communications.
  • Manage and organize internal and external correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue selection, attendee management, and equipment setup.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, facilitating smooth information flow and timely execution of projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the confidentiality of all business matters.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and communications, ensuring high standards of professionalism.
  • Support the Managing Director in business development activities and project management as required.
  • Maintain and manage electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business communication tools.
  • Knowledge of the medical billing process and healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
