The store incharge will keep all necessary records regarding raw materials and finished goods; will make timely reports and email to superiors on daily basis. An organized and detail-oriented store incharge is needed to manage all operations of the storeroom. In this position, the person will play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
Analyze data to anticipate future needs
Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff
Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
