Respond to client inquiries about items via live chat in English.

Working time will be divided into shifts (4 hours/shift) and no more than 2 shifts per day:

+ shift A - remotely (from 3:30 a.m - 7:30 a.m),(GPM+7)

+ shift E - remotely (from 11 p.m - 3 p.m). (GPM+7)

The number of shifts is flexible, but it still depends on the team leader's assignment. To maintain health, select the proper shift.

Please ask for rating product satisfaction after discussing and resolving problems with customers.

Use email or social media channels to communicate and connect with customers, if necessary.

Attend weekly meetings with the whole team on Monday to review tasks

Participate in a 2-week to 1-month training program at the office during working hours to enhance product knowledge and effectively resolve customer issues

2, Requirements:

  • Candidates must have effective English communication skills, especially with US and UK customers.
  • A background in information technology and knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
  • Experience with e-commerce, particularly on platforms like Shopify.
  • Ability to support e-commerce-specific plugins or apps, especially app page builders.
  • An enthusiastic and serious work attitude is essential for helping clients succeed.
