Responsibilities and Duties:
- Initiate procurement cycle and processing as per the standard financial guidelines and company requirements
- Coordinate with the vendors to initiate purchasing service requests, obtain quotations, creation of comparatives and obtain approvals with the relevant HODs / Business Managers
- Creation of Purchase requisitions & Purchase orders as per Ad-hoc requests
- Maintaining accurate & complete database for all requests, PR, POs, Invoices and Payment Vouchers including approvals
- Assist in timely processing of payments, advances, and reimbursements
- Any other relevant task assigned by supervisor
- Cars fleet management
- Good in accounting and finance concepts.
