1. Develop Project Concept Paper for the expansion of primary schools’ network across the Punjab in a phased manner
  2. Develop a Program Implementation Strategy and Development Roadmap to expand the schools in various districts of the province
  3. Designing an aggressive publicity and public outreach campaign for mass awareness of the target groups to seek the interest of the potential partner applicants for the opening of new schools
  4. Engaging the public and the target population in particular, to spread the opportunity of FEN for motivated and passionate young females who intend to change the country’s future through programmed and institutionalized educational intervention, leveraging on all conventional, digital and mass media tools of publicity and outreach against the given time frame
  5. Establishing a dynamic and robust database of the applicants interested in opening new FEN schools in their communities,
  6. Setting up communication with such applicants, engaging them proactively, shortlisting them against the approved eligibility criteria, and recommending them for a final interview with the FEN Board
  7. Providing orientation to the on-boarded partners/School leaders, on goals, objectives, ideology, and expected outcomes of FEN
  8. Referring the selected partners to the Admin Wing for their pre-job & on-the-job training on their responsibilities and subsequently, to the operations Wing for their operations.
  9. Ensuring to meet the numerical target of newly opened schools per month, through support of the PR, Admin, Operations, and Academic Wings of FEN.
  10. Engaging with international development partners, multilateral donors, NGOs, foreign-sponsored development agencies, and local reputed CSOs working in the issue network, to forge alliances, to scale up the operations. Approaching such relevant bodies to seek conditional funding in line with their development financing framework, to achieve social development goals of shared interest and significance.
  11. Building external partnerships, networks, and alliances to scale up the operations, and expand the movement’s outcomes in a bid to accomplish the shared development goals in achieving the UPE and other related development outcomes like the improved children’s preventive health and the women empowerment.
  12. Facilitating the annual performance and administrative audit of the newly opened schools in line with the FEN policy.
  13. Any other task assigned by senior leadership.
