HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department at our new branch on Sixth Road, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, managing employee relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Develop and oversee performance management systems.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a BPO or telemarketing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday
