Process requests and ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed.
Connect and process telephone requests.
Receive incoming calls and take messages on behalf of other staff.
Maintain the database and other systems available.
Ensure that a high level of customer service is consistently provided
Assist and support the invoicing process.
To work co-operatively as part of a team to ensure that priority tasks are carried out effectively, efficiently and meet the required deadlines.
To be tactful and have respect for the need for confidentiality to all parties concerned, including members of staff, customers and sessional staff.
Respond to emails from internal and external stakeholders
Escalate complaints or queries to the necessary team
Write and draft professional emails and respond to customers via calls or emails.
Handle day to day general queries and bookings via email and calls.
Can manage heavy call volume efficiently.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be Graduated
Experienced in a customer service role
Previous experience in customer service from UK, American or Canadian-based company
