Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is seeking a highly talented and versatile individual to join their team as a Front Desk Officer and Ultrasound Assistant. This multi-department role will provide the individual with opportunities for growth and skill enhancement. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for guiding patients and managing appointments but also for preparing patients for ultrasound procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the ultrasound department.
Responsibilities:
- Occupy, manage and maintain the Front Desk.
- Dealing with Clients and visitors.
- Filing, record keeping and meeting arrangements.
- Positively presenting Company image.
- Preparing patients for ultrasound procedures.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and patient records are accurately completed and maintained.
- Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
- Manage patient flow.
- Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns during procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Candidate must be confident, motivated, and can work in a multitasking environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or equivalent; additional certification in medical assisting or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in diagnostic imaging or ultrasound, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and medical software.
