Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough visual and technical inspections of products during various stages of the production process.
Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
Perform in-depth examinations of raw materials, components, and finished products.
Conduct testing procedures to ensure products meet specified requirements.
Utilize various testing equipment and tools to perform physical and chemical analyses.
Analyze test results and collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and findings.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing quality control activities and outcomes.
Document and communicate any defects or deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
Capable & Responsible to maintain the lab equipment in order.
Collaborate closely with production managers, engineers, and other team members to address quality-related issues promptly.
Working experience on ISO 17025

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Chemistry.
Proven experience of 7 years in quality control .
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO 17025:2017
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office applications.
