PKR. 200,000 - 350,000/Month

Develop and update credit-related policies and procedures in line with the prevailing best practices, business dynamics and regulatory requirements.
Develop Risk Appetite Statement and ensure renewal as per prescribed frequency.
Review policies, procedures, product programs and SOPs developed by business functions from credit risk perspective.
Assist arrangement of Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC) meetings in line with the approved TORs and completion of all related tasks
Act as coordinator for Risk Management Group in relation to SBP inspection, internal and external audit, regulatory compliance etc.
Provide clarifications on the queries raised by business and risk units on the credit-related internal policies/procedures.

Skills Required:

Expert knowledge of Risk Management Guidelines and Prudential Regulations
Expert knowledge of business and regulatory environment and understanding of risk issues / trends and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong SQL, BI and other data analysis tools
