Operation of Pharmaceutical Machinery: Operate and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Quality Control: Perform regular checks on machinery and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices).
Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machines, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions for repair.
Batch Records & Documentation: Complete batch records and other required documentation accurately, following industry regulations and company policies.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure the work area is clean and safe, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and report shortages to the production supervisor.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to ensure production targets are met on time.
