Supervise and optimize daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with standard policies and regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and ensure quality standards are met.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics of Monitoring & Evaluation as per pre-defined standard on daily basis to ensure the 100% compliance of all the aspects & regularly reporting to the management and Client.
Daily reporting, monitoring and analyzing defined key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve 100% compliance and avoid the penalty mechanism defined by the client.
Plan and coordinate waste management services for special events.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and used efficiently.
Monitor machinery performances and recommend improvements for better operational effectiveness.
Identify operational inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and execute solutions to enhance service delivery.
Collect, analyze, and report operational data, recommending programmatic changes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Assist in the preparation and management of operational budgets, focusing on cost optimization without compromising service standards.
Collaborate and liaise with client, government officials and representatives to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including invoice processing.
Coordinate repairs and scheduled maintenance with the technical team to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Identify loopholes in the ongoing operations and implement solutions.
Any other task as assigned by the Management.
