Attendance Management and Reporting on daily basis.
Prespring monthly Leaving / Joining Report of staff.
Maintain Leaves record of staff.
Process payroll, validate timesheets, and make adjustments.
Assist in recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate onboarding and prepare orientation materials for new hires.
Follow up and update new joiners bank account before salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling and correspondence.
Monitor, report and maintain daily attendance to meet target percentages as per client’s KPIs & Escalate any attendance issue.
Conduct routine field spot checks to ensure staff presence and operational effectiveness at their designated job locations during working hours.
Ensure staff presence during gazetted holidays as per duty roster.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
