- Supervise and manage daily workshop operations, scheduling maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure waste management equipment and vehicles meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards through regular inspections.
- Manage vehicle check-ins/checkouts and fuel refilling, maintaining accurate daily logs.
- Prepare and present reports on workshop performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
- Oversee inventory management for parts, tools, and supplies, coordinating with vendors.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain contracts with regular external vendors and external workshops for repair and maintenance activities of the Machinery and Equipment deployed in the field. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all related records and maintenance activities.
- Manage workshop budget, monitoring expenses and applying cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Admin Staff including Office Boys, janitors, and sweepers to maintain cleanliness and office operations.
- Oversee security staff, ensuring the implementation of safety protocols and a secure office environment.
- Manage Admin and Security staff schedules, allocate resources, and address operational issues to maintain efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all support functions.
- Any other assignment given by the Management.
