- Assist Line Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Developing inter department communication mechanism and execute effectively to meet the project KPIs.
- Daily compilation of all the reports & data analysis to effectively monitor the key performance indicators of operations, to achieve 100% compliance as per pre-defined of standards of client requirement.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Monitor compliance with environmental and solid waste management regulations (local, state, and federal).
- Assist with reporting and documentation to ensure adherence to waste management laws and sustainability standards.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to the Line Manager.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
- Track project expenses and assist Line Manager in managing budgets.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial activities, project progress, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and preparing cost reports and financial forecasting,
- Prepare and submit regular status reports to the project manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in supervising on-site project activities, including waste collection, processing, and disposal operations.
- Ensure all field operations adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with field personnel at every level to resolve any issues promptly.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and waste management protocols.
- Any other task as assigned by the Management.
