We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Champion to join our growing company. In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers located throughout the USA, with a focus on the IT sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, qualifying prospects interested in our IT solutions, and setting appointments for our sales team.

A background in IT software development is a plus! Your understanding of the industry will allow you to better connect with potential customers and identify their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads within the US IT market.
Effectively communicate our value proposition and identify customer needs related to IT solutions.
Qualify leads with a focus on IT needs and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
Accurately document call activity and results in our CRM system.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our cold calling strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a cold calling or B2B sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Strong ability to build rapport with strangers and handle objections.
A positive and persistent attitude with a drive to succeed.
Proficient in using a CRM system (a plus).
Experience working remotely is a plus.
Experience in IT software development (a plus)
