Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our ANC Global team based out of Pakistan remotely. As the Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving client acquisition in the region; building strong client relationships, and expanding ANC Global's customer base. Your proactive approach, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in attracting new clients and positioning ANC Global as a trusted and transformative HR consultancy partner. The selected candidate will gain not only a market-competitive salary, and growth opportunity with internal expansion and regional movement but also the opportunity to travel as a representative of ANC Global across multiple markets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including email databases, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events,
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends, aligning ANC Global's solutions accordingly,
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share using outbound lead generation methods such as cold emailing, Linkedin outreach etc, to drive client acquisition and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders,
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, tailored proposals, and solution offerings to prospective clients, 
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets,
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into paying clients,
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and managing leads at each stage of the sales process,
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and competitors to position ANC Global's services effectively,
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Track and report sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to the management team,
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars and conferences to promote ANC Global's services and brand,
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and market insights to the management team,
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field,
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and or Turkish is a bonus),
  • 2-3 years of proven Business Development experience, preferably in the HR or consultancy industry,
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals,
  • Working knowledge of Sales tools (such as Apollo.io etc)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
  • An attitude which focuses on being solution-oriented and strong leadership traits, 
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stable internet connection and laptop and  mobile access  

Compensation: 

PKR 75,000 (negotiable) plus sales commission (as per policy) net monthly salary
