We are seeking a motivated female candidate for a remote Social Media Executive position. This role involves managing customer interactions, posting blogs, and handling various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should excel in reaching out to customers, writing effective emails, and creating engaging blog content. Proficiency in Canva for graphics creation is required.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support via email and social media.
Create and schedule engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Write compelling blog posts on relevant topics.
Utilize Canva for designing graphics and visuals.
Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer support and social media management is preferred.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Stable internet connection for a seamless workflow.
Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for consistent daily operations.
