As an Operations Team lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is an experienced, full-time remote position which involves planning coordinating and supervising daily operations, ensuring efficient work flow and high-quality output.

The team lead acts as a primary point of contact between the team members and the management. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, gain valuable experience, and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently prepare and send detailed invoices to clients, ensuring prompt and accurate billing for seamless financial transactions.
Execute the timely preparation and distribution of client invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing process.
Ensure a smooth and effective collaboration by facilitating timely communication with clients via emails and builder portals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Create comprehensive monthly performance presentations for senior management, providing insightful analysis and strategic perspectives to drive informed decision-making.
Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Proactively monitor overdue payments and engage in timely follow-ups with clients to expedite payment processing.
Manage daily operations in close coordination with USA team.
Assist in the efficient operation of various aspects of the company.
Help maintain and update operational processes and procedures.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational efficiency.
Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in data analysis and reporting as needed.
Adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.
