Social Media Manager - Real Estate

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads through various social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written content) across social media platforms.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Oversee the design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, etc.).
Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Qualifications:

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
Real estate experience is a must.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with paid social media advertising, especially on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with the local real estate market.
Proven track record of generating leads and sales through social media.
