Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collection.
Handle accounts payable functions, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Generate financial reports for management review regularly.
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance.
Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any accounting or financial issues.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
