We are seeking a highly motivated HR Talent Specialist to join our team and oversee the performance and allocation of various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing talent, ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of Analysts, Associates, Consultants, Coordinators, Debt Collectors, and agencies 3x a day.
- Regularly check the tracker sheet and use tools like TopTracker/TimeDoctor to review progress.
- Ensure analysts are actively working on projects and submitting experts daily.
- Allocate projects to expert signers and verify their performance through regular updates.
- Review sign-ups by checking emails, chats, and tracking submissions.
- Move expert signers between projects based on project needs.
- Monitor debt collectors’ activities to ensure they adhere to their schedules and maintain communication with clients.
- Issue warnings or termination notices to underperforming team members.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries through tools like Freshdesk, and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Zoho Recruit, Freshdesk).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to proactively manage teams and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management is preferred.
