1. To manage overall operational activities of the admissions department.

2. To be Counselling & recruitment with follow-ups on inquiries through all sources.

3. To Assist HOD in the Implementation of admission strategies with the help of marketing and promotional activities to support the marketing team with Lead generation and Applications pool

4. To assist in updating promotional print material including but not limited to brochures, website, flyers, posters, etc.

5. To support to Monitor and Coordinate Social & Digital Media Platforms Admissions Campaign marketing, a compilation of generated leads, query response and follow-ups with the Marketing team as directed by HOD

6. To coordinate visitation programs with Marketing Team (Campus Tours, Open-House, Info Sessions etc.)

7. To coordinate event arrangements and logistics with Admin and Marketing Team

8. To coordinate and handle data-base management and query-pool pertaining to admissions each year

9. To submit daily/ weekly / monthly reports/analysis as required by HOD Admissions pertaining to queries, application submissions, enrollments etc.

10. To coordinate Aptitude Tests, Interviews and other assessments required for Admissions

11. To be liaison and Record sharing with the Student Services/Registrar office as instructed by HOD

12. To be responsible for any other task and assignment given by the management.
