Working Hours: (11:00 AM to 08:00 PM) Mon-Fri

We are a European Based Company, looking for a Customer Support Specialist work from home position. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, can provide customer support, can do attitude, eager to learn new things and be passionate in sales & cold calling.

Experience Required:

Must have 2-3 years of sales experience in any UK/USA Based Call Center.

Qualification Required:

O Levels or A Levels with BSC / Graduation in Marketing or Any Discipline is a Plus

Preference will be given to those who have done IELTS or any Spoken English Course from any reputed institution

Job Responsibilities:

Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing customers to generate sales.
Drafting
Answering calls to handle queries and convert calls into sales
Answering chat queries and convert that chat into sales
Identify new clients to mature sales
Cold Calling to new clients
Virtual Assistance
Customer Support
Follow up with new prospects to get feedback about demo classes and generate sales
Any other task assigned by the management
