We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making 60 outbound calls daily, and utilizing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to identify and engage potential clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 Outbound Calling: Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to prospective clients, following up on leads, and scheduling meetings or demonstrations.

 Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to search for and identify potential leads. Engage with prospects through direct messages and social media interactions.

 Sales Outreach: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach potential clients and convert them into customers.

 CRM Management: Accurately log all call activities, interactions, and follow-ups into the CRM system. Maintain and update customer information regularly.

 Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

 Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.

 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and develop cohesive strategies for lead generation and sales.

 Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on call activities, lead generation efforts, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Experience with social media lead generation is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Schedule: Full-time position with regularUSA business hours. 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST
