AI Powerhouse BD is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences and engaging interfaces. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision to transform user needs into visually appealing and functional designs. Your contribution will involve conducting user research, usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, strong communication skills, and a commitment to user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user needs and gather insights for design improvements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with technology.
Perform usability testing to validate design ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to cohesively present the brand across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in UI/UX design and integrate them into your work.
Participate in design reviews and presentations, effectively communicating design rationale and concepts to stakeholders.
Analyze user feedback and metrics to continually refine the product's user experience.
Work efficiently within a team environment, fostering collaboration and shared knowledge.
