The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in the sales and marketing of lubricants. This role will focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies while ensuring that our marketing initiatives align well with market needs and customer expectations. The candidate must possess excellent skills in content marketing, market research, sales strategy, and competitor analysis. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires a high degree of collaboration with various departments to drive brand growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the lubricants industry.
Creating compelling marketing content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand visibility.
Collaborating with the product development team to ensure that product offerings align with market demands.
Analyzing sales data and metrics to inform decision-making processes and improve sales performance.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty.
Preparing and presenting sales reports and market analyses to senior management to inform strategy adjustments.
Participating in industry events and trade shows to promote products and showcase the company's capabilities.
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Implementing promotional campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness to ensure the best return on investment.
