We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Executive by managing personal, household, and logistical responsibilities. This role is vital to ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks, household maintenance, and occasional administrative duties. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted aide, demonstrating discretion, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a personal coordinator
  • Familiarity with household management or farm operations.
  • Resourceful, with a good network for managing ad-hoc requests and requirements.
  • Should be able to understand Urdu and English terms, with good communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A basic understanding of animal care and property management is a plus.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualification

Minimum B.Sc. degree, or equivalent educational qualification.
