We are seeking a motivated Fundraising and Outreach Associate to support our team in achieving the foundation’s mission. Under the supervision of CEO/Director, this role focuses on engaging with donors, coordinating outreach activities, and supporting fundraising events. This position plays a key role in maintaining and growing the foundation's donor base, coordinating events, and implementing outreach initiatives that enhance the foundation's visibility and impact.

Main Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing donors while continually identifying and engaging new potential donors.
support the development and implementation of innovative fundraising strategies to attract and engage potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they align with the foundation’s goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising campaigns and events.
Prepare reports on fundraising outcomes and campaign effectiveness using predetermined KPIs.

Outreach:

Assist the CEO in managing the fundraising and outreach activities budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Responsible for crafting compelling proposals that effectively convey the mission of the Aalam Bibi Foundation to prospective donors and partners, supporting fundraising and outreach initiatives.
Create and execute outreach initiatives to increase the foundation's visibility and impact.
Work with community groups, businesses, and other organizations to develop partnerships that enhance our outreach efforts.
Represent the foundation at community events, conferences, and public meetings.
Utilize internal and external data to analyze outreach efforts and optimize strategies based on insights.

Donor Engagement:

Develop communication materials for donor engagement, including newsletters, annual reports, and updates on the foundation’s activities.
Use social media and other digital communication tools to maintain and enhance donor relationships.
Create and maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including events, and campaigns for social media engagement.
Provide regular updates to the CEO and board members on the status of fundraising activities and outreach efforts.
Maintain detailed records of donor contributions and manage donor correspondence to enhance engagement.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry figures.

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
Master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.

Experience

2-3 years in fundraising, outreach, or related fields.
Experience in the non-profit or social development sector is desirable.

Knowledge

Familiarity with CRM and fundraising platforms; strong understanding of donor relations is preferable.
Knowledge of the non-profit sector is desirable.
