Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.Monitor suspicious transactions and report to the Compliance Department.Ensure all remittance activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of remittance transactions.Prepare daily and monthly reports on remittance activities for management.File and archive customer transaction documentation securely.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain knowledge of remittance systems, exchange rates, and operational policies.Collaborate with branch staff to ensure smooth operations.Participate in regular training and updates on remittance procedures.
