Record keeping of all Departmental files/documents.
Maintain the physical/hard copies of all the records
Ensure that all vouchers are properly filed in chronological order.
Verify all records with the ledger.
Maintain the safety of all records in a safe and proper place.
Tag and label the record for future concerns.
Maintain the record in a place that may be accessed easily at any time of need.
Provide the required record to the concerned official.
Must keep all the official information confidential.
