Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and manage paid search campaigns.
- Content Marketing: Develop high-quality content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website pages.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to increase brand engagement and follower growth.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve website and campaign conversion rates.
- Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo to automate campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of case studies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
