Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
3. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation programs and paperwork completion.
4. Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to drive continuous improvement.
6. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
7. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports as required.
9. Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends to suggest improvements in HR practices.
10. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for workforce planning and talent management.
