We are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Operations Associate to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our online store. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within the e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities:
- Stock Management and Data Entry: Maintain accurate stock records by updating product information, quantities, and availability in our Ecommerce database. Ensure timely and precise data entry to facilitate efficient order processing.
- Order Packing and Dispatch: Prepare customer orders for shipment with the utmost care, ensuring accurate items are selected, packaged securely, and dispatched promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, identify low-stock items, and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure product availability. Assist in conducting regular stock checks and audits.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on products before packing to guarantee they meet our standards. Address any discrepancies or quality issues appropriately.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ecommerce platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet order processing deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle packing and lifting of packages, as required.
- Prior experience in ecommerce operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation:
Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per Month
Employment Type: Full-Time
