Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building the sales team for local country, implementation of headquarters employment standards, continuous optimization of team structure.
  • Responsible for the business training and guidance of new employees, help employees quickly grasp the industry, product, trade knowledge and business process of the company, promote sales work
  • Guide staff to carry out market and MT analysis, review analysis reports and cooperate with headquarters to screen and search for target customers.
  • Support staff in customer development, visit, negotiation and order negotiation, complete business closed loop and achieve sales target.
  • Drive employees to complete OKR tasks and KPI indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in international sales with a strong portfolio of achievements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience with cold calling, Facebook Ads, PPC campaigns, and leveraging organic reach for sales growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Adaptability to different sales approaches and willingness to explore innovative techniques.
  • Strong client conversion skills.
