We are looking for fresh and experienced individuals with great verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Manage large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- To convert a customer into a successful lead.
- Identify customers’ needs and provide relevant information.
- Meet given qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Generates sales lead using cold calls, email campaigns, sales navigators, and other sources.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
