We are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated UK Mobility Dialer Agent to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UK, introducing them to our range of mobility solutions.
- Gather and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to speak with our mobility specialists.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointment set, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the mobility industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with UK mobility products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using dialer systems
