Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels, providing timely and accurate information about StackR's features and services.
  • Problem Solving: Assist users with technical issues related to their accounts, including troubleshooting login issues, navigating the website, and understanding analytics features.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends in the NFT space, particularly within the VeVe marketplace, to provide informed responses to customer queries.
  • Customer Education: Guide customers on how to effectively use the platform, including setting up wallets, trading on the marketplace, tracking their NFT collections, and utilizing the analytics tools provided by StackR.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and report recurring issues to the development team to help improve the platform's functionality.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community forums and social media groups to engage with users, answer questions, and promote StackR's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Web3/NFTs: A basic understanding of Web3, NFTs, and digital collectibles is essential. Familiarity with VeVe and other NFT platforms is a plus.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital platforms.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve customer issues efficiently.
  • Motivation and Drive: A self-starter who is motivated to provide excellent customer service and eager to learn more about the digital collectibles space.
