Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer related activities i.e. customer dealing, issuing receipts, processing customer paper work, file keeping and issuing general notices to clients.
  • Managing on site activities with relevant departments i.e. Wapda, Gas, Govt Offices etc, including the relevant paper work needed.
  • Supervision of onsite security and admin staff.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have good Written and spoken skills( English and urdu).
  • Familiarity with M/s office Word and excel to create notice/Documents.
  • Good public skills.
  • Ability to learn and implement departmental SOPs.

Be able to complete tasks with efficiency and with set time limits.
